Shipping

We do our best to process and ship all orders same or next day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer a flat rate shipping unless the product requires special packaging.

Local Delivery

We love providing same or next day delivery to your doorstep. If we are unable to provide your delivery same or next day we will inform you by email or text. If you would like your order delivered on a specific day or placed somewhere other than at your doorstep please specify in the comment section at check-out.  Free local delivery is available for orders $20 and over to the Schertz/Cibolo area or within an eight mile radius. Once your order has been delivered you will receive an email and text message if there is a phone number provided.

Porch Pickup

Any local orders under $20 will be given the option for porch pickup or for shipping. This option can be selected at check out. Your order will be processed same or next day. Once your order is ready for pick up you will be contacted by text or email to arrange a pick up date and time. Your order will be placed in a basket in a bag with a tag that will have your name on it.  We will hold your order for 15 days from the day your order was placed. If you have failed to pick up your order after 15 days your item(s) will be put back in the inventory with no refund provided.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to all countries.  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We charge a 10% packaging and handling fee on all international orders. Free shipping is not an option on international orders.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Miss Trends Boutique is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Why is international shipping so expensive?

International shipping is more expensive due to a combination of factors, including import duties, more complicated logistics, and the high cost of fuel to ship goods overseas by air or sea.

Why do international packages take so long?

International shipping often takes longer than domestic shipping due to long distances traveled, multiple exchanges between different carriers, and potential customs delays.
