Refund policy
Returns:
Our return and exchange policy lasts 15 days from date of purchase. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not accept your return or exchange. All items returned are only eligible for store credit issued in a form of an online credit. To receive an online credit your package must be postmarked for return within 15 business days of your purchase. Returned items must be in new condition, unwashed and unworn in the same condition that you received it. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned.Â
Exchanges are treated the same as returns and must fall within the 15-day window.
EXCHANGES:
We aim to make exchanges as simple and quick as possible.
To start an exchange, please email us at misstrendsboutique@gmail.com with the item you would like. We will place it on hold for you to help ensure it does not sell out. Exchange items will be held for up to 7 business days.
Items may be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value. If you choose an item of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the difference. An invoice will be sent for the remaining balance. All Exchanges must meet the same eligibility requirements and timeframes as returns.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us for an exchange. Once your return is received, we will contact you with the shipping cost for your new item.
For our local customers, you also have the option to avoid shipping costs by arranging a porch drop-off for your return.
Local Returns: Local customers may complete returns and exchanges within 15 days of the date of purchase by arranging a porch drop-off. This allows you to avoid return shipping costs. However, if you choose to return the item by shipping, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
If you choose to take a store credit, your item will be inspected for damages. If returned in its original condition, you will be issued a store credit in the amount of the return to use on a future purchase. This credit will be applied to the account associated with the email used on your most recent purchase and can be selected and applied during checkout.
Store Credit
All approved returns are issued as store credit based on the final purchase price paid at checkout.
Discounts & Rewards
If a discount, promotion, or reward was used on the original purchase, the store credit will reflect the discounted amount paid. Discounts and rewards are applied at the time of purchase and are not reissued upon return.
For exchanges or purchases made using store credit, local customers are responsible for arranging porch pick-up of their new item. We do not offer delivery on exchanged items.
Important Notice Regarding Local Delivery
To qualify for local delivery, your order must exceed your store credit balance by at least $20.
If this minimum is not met, local delivery will not be provided—even if selected at checkout. In these cases, porch pick-up will be the only available option.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards and clearance items are final sale.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, the return or exchange will be refused and the original item will be returned to you at your cost for the shipping.
Returns:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. Notification may be sent by email, text message, or direct message depending on our prior communication with you.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at misstrendsboutique@gmail.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
Directions on shipping will be emailed to the customer once requested.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
